Websites that don't look like everyone else's. Hand-coded, fast, and built for one business — not pulled off a template shelf. Working with clients anywhere in the country.

What most local sites still look like What I build

Drag the line  ·  both sides are live pages, not screenshots

Concepts, not clients

These aren't case studies. They're builds.

Fictional businesses, real code. I'd rather show you something I actually built than a wall of borrowed logos. Every one of these is live — open the source if you want.

Luxury real estate · Naples

Villa Serena

A waterfront listing. Scroll-driven, with a waterline that rises and falls across the whole page.

The right-hand side of the slider up top. The kind of site a contractor should have.

I'd rather leave this empty than fill it with a fake client.

What you actually get

No page builder. No monthly hostage fee.

01Hand-written codeNo WordPress, no Wix, no 40 plugins waiting to break.
02Loads in under two secondsBecause your customer is on 5G in a parking lot, not fibre.
03Works on a phone properlyMost of your traffic is mobile. It gets designed first, not squeezed in.
04Set up to be foundTitles, structure, schema and a Google Business Profile that's actually filled in.
05You own all of itYour domain, your files, your hosting. Walk away whenever you like.
06Copy that sounds like a personWritten for the customer deciding whether to call you.
How it works

Three steps. About two weeks.

01

We talk

Twenty minutes. What you do, who calls you, and what the current site is failing to do. No deck, no discovery invoice.

02

I build it

You see a real working link, not a mockup. You tell me what's wrong, I fix it. Twice, usually.

03

It goes live

On your domain, on hosting you control. I hand over the keys and show you how to change the words yourself.

Who I build for

Businesses that people actually call.

If a customer finds you, reads for eight seconds, and decides whether to pick up the phone — that's the kind of site I'm good at.

Med spasContractors & tradesGolf & country clubs Marinas & chartersRestaurantsRealtors Dentists & clinicsLaw firms

The whole thing runs over email and one call, so where you are doesn't matter.

The honest bit

What this costs

Every site is priced on what it actually needs, so there's no menu here. What I will tell you up front: most of what I take on is a single page or a small multi-page build for a business already doing real revenue.

If you're shopping for a $200 template, I'm genuinely not your guy — and I'll tell you that in the first email instead of the third.

You're emailing the person who builds it. No account manager, no offshore team, no ticket number.

Tell me what's wrong with your site.

That question gets better answers than "tell me about your business." Two lines is plenty. I read every one of these myself.
